With the advent of the same-sex marriage law in Massachusetts, same-sex married couples must be treated the same under Massachusetts law. Although this new law caused many private employers to discontinue their domestic partner benefits offerings, Habit OPCO continues to offer all such benefits wherever we are legally permitted to do so.
