Habit OPCO maintains a strong commitment to employee professional growth and development via policies, benefits and programs designed to support employees who want to improve their knowledge and skills and pursue opportunities for upward career mobility. Several examples of that commitment are listed below:

Tuition Assistance
After a brief waiting period, employees are eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement for college and university courses or programs related to their work.

Program Resources
Employees at each Habit OPCO location are also eligible to apply for training funds to attend workshops and seminars including CEU offerings.

Scholarships
A limited number of annual scholarships are provided for eligible employees to attend the N. E. School of Addiction Studies academic programs each Summer. Scholarships include room, board, tuition and full pay while in attendance at the program.

Educational Days
Habit OPCO provides employees with two Education Days with pay annually to pursue approved job-related training and education opportunities.

Leadership Development
Supervisory employees are eligible to attend a program of free internal offerings through our Leadership Development Program.

Orientation
Our commitment to the professional development of employees begins with extensive orientation programs that are offered to all new frontline and supervisory employees at both the corporate and program levels.

Job Posting and Transfer Policy
Eligible employees have access to numerous opportunities through our job posting and transfer policy. Whether transferring to a different geographic location and/or applying for promotional opportunities, Habit OPCO has a stellar record of promoting employees from within the organization.
