These health and wellness benefits include:

Medical Plans
We offer our employees a PPO Plan (Preferred Provider Organization) administered through Harvard Pilgrim and United Healthcare. By offering a PPO plan to our employees, they are able to make appointments directly with specialists, both in and out of network, without the need for referrals. This plan provides coverage for usual outpatient and hospital services including emergency services, anytime, anywhere, including nationally recognized specialty and teaching hospitals.

The strategic alliance between Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and UnitedHealth Group provides access to "best-in-class" provider networks, technology, & benefits. Our employees have in-network access to the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care network of more than 28,000 Doctors and 135 Hospitals as well as the United Healthcare nationwide network's 552,000 Providers and 4,765 Hospitals, with no 'state-of-residence' requirements.

The plan also covers chiropractic and vision care and provides an excellent prescription drug program. There are also many exciting special benefits designed to support employees' wellness goals such as partial reimbursement for fitness club memberships and participation in Weight Watchers®, online health coaching, 24-hour nurse hotline, smoking cessation and healthy pregnancy programs, and much more. Additionally, members also have access to many tools and services online by going to www.myharvardpilgrim.org (for MA, NH, and ME residents) or www.myuhc.org (all other states).


Dental
A plan that encourages good preventive care and covers the dental needs of the employee's family or domestic partner including basic and major treatment, as well as orthodontic care.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account
With our FSA benefit, employees use pre-tax dollars to pay for medical, dental and vision expenses not covered by their plans (e.g., co-pays and deductibles), as well as certain qualified over-the-counter drugs and medical supplies and mileage.

Employee Assistance Program
Employees who need support in addressing health or other personal matters
including those affecting themselves, domestic partners, spouses and/or children, are immediately eligible to seek out the confidential counseling and referral services available through our employee assistance program.
